Now entering my 5th year of teaching! I founded the Latin program at Somerset Academy and we are now entering our 3rd year. We currently offer Latin I, Latin II, and Latin III (online) as well as a middle school Latin beginning course. We started our chapter of the Junior Classical League this past year and are looking to expand upon it this year.
This past summer I attended the American Classical League’s workshop, Rome in Situ, and spent my summer touring ancient Italy and learning how to integrate technology into my classes. Next summer, 2012, I will be leading a tour with my students to Italy.
